2种臭黄荆叶主要挥发性成分及驱虫作用研究 被引量:10

Main Volatile Components Comparative Analysis of Two Kinds of Premna and the Controlling Activities Against Tribolium Castaneum

摘要 以四川大竹所产的2种臭黄荆叶为对象,对其挥发性成分进行气质联用分析,了解其主要挥发性成分的性能及功效,并以臭黄荆叶为原料进行杀(驱)虫性试验研究。其中,样品A叶型较短,边缘呈锯齿状。样品B叶型较长,边缘平滑。结果表明臭黄荆叶A/B主要挥发性成分有α-红没药醇、1-辛烯-3醇、罗汉柏烯、α-石竹烯、β-紫罗兰酮、石竹烯、β-倍半水芹烯、α-柏木烯、α-古芸烯,其中大多成分都具有抑菌作用或抑制害虫作用。2种样品都对赤拟谷盗具有一定的控制作用,但样品A对对赤拟谷盗的驱避、触杀、种群抑制以及熏蒸作用效果明显优于样品B。 The paper has taken two kinds of premna leaves,which were picked from Dazhu, Sichuan Province, as raw materials to do a series of research on their composition and application. Sample A had a shorter blade with serrated edges,while Sample B had a longer blade with smooth edges. Through the analysis and study of CC/MS, something had been found to be concerning the performance and efficiency of the main volatile components of Premna. These two kinds of Premna leaf also had been taken as materials to conduct insecticide experiments in this thesis so as to find a new kind of environmentally friendly resource for pesticides. It turned out that the volatile constituents in A/B mainly include a - bisabolol, 1 - octen - 3 alcohol, thujopsene, a- earyophyllene, β- ionone, caryophyllene, - sesquiphellandrene, a - cedrene and a- Gu Yun - ene. Through these main volatile components, it could be seen that most of them had bacteriostasis or pests effects. Furthermore the later insecticide experiments suggest that both leaf did showed certain control functions, but the effect of sample A was obviously better than sample B in the repellent, contact toxicity, population inhibition as well as fumigant effect on tribolium eastaneum, which showed that sample B was a better developing value for insecticide.
