摘要
针对原油在采集、运输过程中存在的腐蚀问题,尤其是原油从集油站出来基本未经过除水或净化处理,含有的腐蚀气体、侵蚀性介质对金属管材造成的腐蚀穿孔、管道刺漏失效事件连续发生等问题,从油田角度出发在考虑经济成本的条件下进行材料失效与保护综合治理评价。依据典型管线腐蚀失效统计数据,结合实际管材服役介质环境,对不同防腐措施进行了经济性评价。结果表明:碳钢和缓蚀剂配套使用是一种较为经济的防腐措施;内涂层防腐方法涂层材料费用低于缓蚀剂,但是涂层施工费用相对较高;玻璃钢管材由于接头泄漏率高以及高成本,不作为优选措施。
The present paper aims to bring about an economic evalua- tion of anti-corrosion measures based on the corrosion condition analy- sis of typical transportation pipelines, especially for the crude oil be- ing transported to the refining station from the oil fields. The paper is oriented to analyze all kinds of the corrosive gas and aggressive media in the pipelines that may lead to serious corrosion damage and corro- sion perforation, or thorn leakage failure events. As is known, corro- sion is one of the main problems of oil and gas transportation pipelines. However, the corrosion leakage incidents are likely to bring about huge economic losses and human casualties almost each year. In order to find enough efficient and effective anti-corrosion protective measures, we would like to propose the following sugges- tions based on our study results. First of all, it is necessary to guar- antee the safe operations of qualifie^t pipelines and their proper instal- lation. In this way, three main measures can be taken at present: by using high-qualified corrosion-resistant alloy, filling-corrosion in- hibitors with perfect internal coating. Secondly, it is necessary to consider the economic costs of anti-corrosion measures. Combinedwith the service environment of the pipelines, it is also necessary to adopt economic and efficient anti-corrosion measures through scientif- ic and engineering selection and evaluation, and reasonable use of pipelines and particular attention to the design and welding of any se- riously corroded areas and provide reasonable corrosion control design for the oilfield. The paper would like to choose a certain operational area of Tarim oilfield as our study sample and the service condition of 1 # transportation pipelines, based on the analysis results of corro- sion failure and combining the variety of anti-corrosion measures in line with the low cost angle and contrast analysis the different anti- corrosion measures. The evaluation results prove that it is wise to adopt carbon steel filling corrosion inhibitors as a relatively economic anti-corrosion measure; Since the internal coating material serves as the corrosion inhibitors, it is highly imperative to choose the high- quality anti-corrosion material so as to reinforce the strength of the plastic pipe's glass fiber to make it the optimal material to raise the joint leakage-prevention rate so as to optimize the leakage-preventian measures in spite of the high cost of leakage-prevention materials.
