农村劳动力转移培训运行机制及其策略研究——以四川省为例

The Operation Mechanism and Strategies Research of Rural Labor Transfer Training——Taking Sichuan Province as an Example

本文通过对四川省部分地区农村劳动力转移培训的调查,针对四川省农村劳动力不断转移到城镇非农产业的现状,在对部分农村劳动力转移培训机构的管理者、学员及培训教师三个层面的调查基础上,从培训课程的实施角度分析了农村劳动力转移培训运行机制存在的问题,并提出相应的改进策略,以期完善当前的运行机制。

Through the survey of rural migrant labor force training in parts of Sichuan,aiming at the current situation of rural labor transferring to urban areas that non- agricultural industries,on the basis of inquiring the administrators, students and the training teachers of rural migrant labor force training, analyzing the current problems of operation mechanism in the rural migrant labor force training from the perspective of the implementation of the training curriculum, and put forward the corresponding strategies to perfect the current operation mechanism.
