The Study on the Renovation of Social Work Talent Development Mechanism

现阶段我国正处于社会的急速转型期,社会工作专业的发展恰逢其时。社会工作的性质决定了它在解决社会问题和促进社会和谐中的巨大作用,而社会工作人才正是社会工作活动的执行者和支撑者,社会工作人才发展机制是社会工作人才发展的核心内容。本文重点阐述了社会工作人才发展机制中存在的问题及其产生的原因。基于社会工作本土化、职业化过程中出现的社会工作人才发展新情况、新特征和新要求,通过总结原有机制的实践经验提出,完善链式结构的发展机制,即培养机制、考核机制、准入使用机制、评估机制、激励保障机制和调控机制,是社会工作人才发展机制改革创新的路径选择。

At the present stage our country is in the period of rapid social transition, and it is the right time that social work subject plays its role. The characteristic of social work determines its huge role in solving social problem and constructing harmonious society in which social work talent are the executor and supporter. Social work talent development mechanism is the core content of social work talent development. This paper mainly expounds the problems and reasons existing in the social work talent development mechanism. Based on the lo- calization of social work, appeared in the process of professionalization of social work talent development new sit- uation,new features and new requirements,through summing up the experience of the original mechanism, this article points out that we will improve the mechanism of the development of chain structure, that is, training mechanism, assessment mechanism, enrollment mechanism, evaluation mechanism, simulation and security mechanism, which is the path selection of social work talent development mechanism renovation.
