轻比重罗哌卡因用于高龄患者髋关节置换术的麻醉

Retrospective Analysis of Combined Spinal epidural Anesthesia Using Hypobaric Ropivacaine Solution in Senile Patients Undergoing Hip Replacement

目的:评价轻比重罗哌卡因腰硬联合阻滞用于高龄患者髋关节置换术的临床效果。方法:对应用轻比重罗哌卡因进行择期髋关节置换术的50例高龄患者进行回顾性分析,通过观察麻醉过程中血氧饱和度(SpO2)、平均动脉压(MAP)及心率的变化情况,总结轻比重罗哌卡因的临床麻醉效果。结果:50例患者在髋关节置换术中生命体征平稳,麻醉效果满意。麻醉后T1、T2、T3、T4、T5各时间点MAP、心率、SpO2监测结果与麻醉前(T0)比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:轻比重罗哌卡因在腰硬联合麻醉用于高龄患者髋关节置换术有明显的可行性。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of combined spinal ep idural anesthesia （CSEA） using hypo- baric ropivacaine solution in senile patients undergoing hip replacement.Methods：Retrospectively analyzing the 40 senile patients who undergone selective hip replacement anesthetized with hypobaric ropivacaine solution in our hospital. To summarize the anaesthetic effect of hypo baric ropivacaine solution, the change information of SpO2 MAP and heart rate were observed during anesthesia. Results：The clinical anaesthesia effect was satisfactory and the hemo- dynamicswere stable in all patients undergoing hip replacement. There was no significant change in hemodynamics （SpO2, MAP and heart rate） between the every time of postanaesthesia and preanaesthesia （all P 〉 0.05 ）.Conclusion; CSEA used hvoobaric rooivacaine solution is a valuable anesthesia method in senile oatients underzoing hid renlacement.
