双歧三联活菌片治疗小儿腹泻的临床研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察双歧三联活菌片治疗小儿腹泻的临床治疗效果。方法:选取210例小儿腹泻患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组105例患者采用双歧三联活菌片治疗,对照组105例患者采用常规对症治疗,治疗时间均为7天,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗组中显效74例,有效27例,总有效率96.19%;对照组显效62例,有效29例,总有效率86.67%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后各临床症状改善,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小儿腹泻采用双歧三联活菌片效果比较显著,既能缓解临床症状,患儿也比较容易接受,值得临床推广应用。 Objective:To observe clinical therapeutic effect for the treatment of infantile diarrhea by the dichoto- mous triple viable piece.Methods.from March 2011 to April 2013 our hospital selected 105 eases of infantile diarrhea patients, randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group (52 cases were treated by colon triple viable treatment and control group53 cases were treated by eonventional symptomatic treatment, the treatment time is 7 days, compare the treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results: 37 eases were markedly improved in treatment group, 13 patients effectively, the total effective rate was 96.19%; Control group 31 cases had marked effect, 15 eases were effeetive, total effective rate 86.67%, the treatment group is better than that of control group, compared with statistical significance (P 〈 0.05). The elinical symptoms improved after treatment in both groups, the treatment group is better than that of control group, there was statistical significance (P 〈 0.05); Two groups of adverse reaction rate eomparison (P 〉 0.05, no statistical significance. Conclusion: ehildren with diarrhea by dichotomous sanlian liv- ing bacterium effect is significant, which can relieve the elinieal symptoms, the child also is relatively easy to aceept, therefore it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
