四手操作在玻璃离子粘结剂粘结的护理配合

摘要 目的:在正畸GC树脂改良型玻璃离子粘结剂粘结过程中,评价四手操作的护理效果。方法:选择44例正畸患者,随机分成两组。均采用GC树脂改良型玻璃离子粘结剂进行粘结,对照组采取常规护理,实验组由四手操作完成。统计正畸托槽粘接脱落率以评价效果。结果:四手操作粘结托槽不仅缩短了椅旁操作时间,提高了工作效率,而且患者痛苦减少,复诊率降低。结论:提倡正畸护理时采用"四手操作"。 Objective:To evaluate the nursing efficacy of four-handed technique in Orthodontic GC cementation of resin modified Glass ionomer cements. Method:44 orthodontic patients wrere randomly divided into two groups, both given cementation of resin modifed glass ionomer cements. The control group was given regular nursing, experiementgroup was given four-handed technique. Expulsion rate of the bonding of orthodontic brackets was taken down for ap- praisal. Result:Four-handed technique shortens operation time by the chair, increases working efficiency, allievate patients' pain, lower the recurrence rate.Conclusion:Therefore four-handed technique should be advocated.
