静脉穿刺输液管调节器适宜夹闭位置的观察

The clinical observation of the suitable clapping position for transfusion regulator in venipuncture

目的:探讨静脉穿刺中输液管调节器的适宜夹闭位置。方法:132例静脉输液患者随机分组,并分别将输液管调节器夹闭在不同的位置,通过观察静脉穿刺时的静脉回血情况,以确定适宜的夹闭位置。结果:输液管调节器夹闭10cm、20cm、30cm、40cm、50cm处的静脉即刻回血率分别是28%、59.3%、92%、96.3%、100%。结论:输液管调节器距过滤器越远静脉即刻回血率越高,在30cm以上处夹闭为宜。

Objective：To investigate the suitable clapping position for transfusion regulator in venipuncture. Meth- ods：132 patients were adopted completely random, and the different position was clapped in transfusion regulator sep- arately. According to the blood flow from venous in venipuncture to decide the best clapping position.Results：the oc- clusions of transfusion regulator were 10 cm, 20cm, 30cm, 40cm, 50cm, the rates of the blood flow from venous were 28%, 59.3%,92%,96.3%,100%. Conclusion：the farther from transfusion regulator to strainer, the higher the rates of the blood flow from venous. Up to 30cm is the best.
