摘要
目的:探讨甲磺酸桂哌齐特对急性心脑缺血的保护作用。方法:采用常压耐缺氧实验,观察甲磺酸桂哌齐特对正常小鼠和Iso诱导心肌缺血小鼠耐缺氧能力的影响;采用小鼠断头法,观察甲磺酸桂哌齐特对小鼠断头后张口喘息时间的影响。结果:与空白对照组和模型组相比,甲磺酸桂哌齐特(50mg/kg、100mg/kg)能延长正常小鼠及心肌缺血小鼠在常温常压缺氧条件下的存活时间(P<0.05,P<0.01);延长小鼠断头后张口喘息时间(P<0.05)。结论:甲磺酸桂哌齐特对心脑缺血损伤有一定的保护作用。
Objective:To investigate the protective effect of Cinepazide Mesylate lnjechon (15MI) on acute myocar- dial and cerebral ischemia.Methods:The effect of CMI on hypoxia tolerance was observed in anti-hypoxia expermient under normal pressure in normal mice and myocardial ischemia mice induced by ISO. Also the gasp time after decapi- tation was recorded in the mice treated with CMIResults.Compared with control group and model group, CMI (50mg/kg, 100mg/kg)can prolong survival time in normal mice and myocardial ischemia mice which were in normal pressure and temperature hypoxia condition (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). And it also can increase the grasping time after decapitation in mice (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Cinepazide Mesylate has protective effects on myocardial and cerebral ischemia.
