摘要
目的:探索人文护理在精神科创建优质护理服务活动中的作用及其效果。方法:针对精神障碍患者的特征和需求,运用人文关怀理论,建立健全规章制度,实施人文护理模式。结果:患者满意度明显提高(P<0.05);护理人员满意度亦有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:精神科运用人文关怀理论,实施人文关怀和人文管理的经验值得推广。
Objective:To explore the role and effect of humanistic Caring in psychiatric creating "quality caredemonstration project".Methods: based on humanistic caring theory, establishing and improving rules, and imple- menting humanistic caring model for mental disorders' with different characteristics and needs.Results: patients' sat- isfaction significantly increased (P〈O.05); nurses' satisfaction significantly increased (P〈O.05). Conclusion:Psychiatricexperience of applying humanistic caring theory to implement humanistic caring and humanistic management is worth promoting.
