静注人免疫球蛋白治疗重症手足口病的疗效分析

Efficacy of intravenous human immunoglobulin in treatment of severe hand-footmouth disease

目的分析静注人免疫球蛋白对于重症手足口病患者的临床疗效。方法将2011年5月至2012年6月期间本院收治的68例重症手足口病患儿分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予抗病毒药物以及抗生素等基础治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用人免疫球蛋白静脉注射。观察并对比两组患者疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组各典型症状消失时间均显著短于对照组,两组患者均未出现明显不良反应,随访未见复发病例。结论重症手足口病患者早期给予静注入免疫球蛋白治疗,疗效显著,安全有效,值得推广。

AIM To analyze the clinical efficacy of intravenous human immunoglobulin on severe hand-foot-mouth disease （HFMD）. METHODS A total of 68 cases of severe HFMD children in our hospital from May 2011 to June 2012 were divided into treatment group and control group, 2 groups were given antiviral drugs, antibiotics and other basic treatment. The treatment group was employed intravenous iminunoglobulin on the basis of this treatment. The et^cacy and adverse drug reactions of 2 groups were observed and compared. RESULTS The disappearance time of typical symptoms in the treatment group were significantly shorter than in the control group and no obvious adverse drug reactions were found in 2 groups. No recurrence was found in follow-up of patients. CONCLUSION The early severe HFMD patients who are given intravenous immunoglobulin therapy show a significant, safe and effective effect.
