摘要
互联网时代的技术进步必然对整个社会的组织形态产生革命性的影响,用户需求变化、竞争对手、图书馆的功能、组织形态和工作方式已经并必然将发生更大的变革。图书馆应当充分适应并利用互联网技术及网络社会的需求和组织形态,以灵活和开放的态度改革图书馆的组织管理体系,最终实现图书馆组织形态的再造。变革之后的图书馆将运用社会化大协作实现业务和人员构成的模块化、即时性,并使组织极大扁平化、虚拟化。
Technological progress is bound to play a revolutionary role in changing organizational form in Internet community. The users' needs, competitors, form and ways of working have changed and will absolutely face greater changes. It will be wise to adapt and use the Internet technology and the needs & organizational forms of the Internet community, it will he^p library accomplish organization reengineering if the reformation of library organization is in open and flexible environment. The organization of library will be virtual and extremely thin and flat with modular business and instant librarian.
