摘要
近年研究发现,同源盒(homeobox,HOX)基因参与造血干/祖细胞的增殖、分化、成熟等过程。HOX基因的表达与急性髓系白血病(AML)的发生密切相关,多数HOX基因能促进造血祖细胞增殖并抑制其分化,但其在AML发生中的具体作用机制尚未完全明了。本文就HOX基因在AML中的表达情况及其促进AML形成的可能机制进行综述。
In recent years, many studies have shown that the HOX gene family involved in the proliferation, differ- entiation and maturation of hematopoietic progenitor cells. There is a close relationship between the expression of HOX gene family and acute myeloid leukemia(AML). Most of the HOX genes can promote the proliferation and inhibit the differentiation of the hematopoietic progenitor cells, but the mechanism leading to acute myeloid leukemia remains un- known. This review focuses on the relationship between HOX gene and acute myeloid leukemia and the possible mecha- nisms leading to acute mveloid leukemia.
