摘要
目的了解睑板腺口排列情况。方法连续观察记录眼科门诊就诊患者238人(476眼)的睑板腺开口情况,裂隙灯数码照相观察睑板腺口的行数(放大倍数为16倍)。结果上睑板腺口:睑板腺口呈1行者204眼,占42.86%;睑板腺口呈2行者165眼,占34.66%;睑板腺口1.5行57眼,占11.97%;睑板腺口1.2行者47眼,占9.83%;睑板腺口呈3行者2眼,占0.42%。下睑板腺口呈2行者只发现1眼,其余均为1行。结论上睑板腺开口呈多样性,下睑板腺开口为1行。
OBJECTIVE To research on the arrangements of meibomian gland orifice. METHODS Continuous observation on the arrangements of meibomian gland orifice of 238 ophthalmology outpatient cases (476 eyes) aged from 2-86, male 104 cases, 43.7%; female134 cases, 56.30%. By digital photo slit lamp observation of the arrangements of meibomian gland orifice, magnification was 16. RESULTS Upper meibomian gland orifice: 1 row was in 204 eyes, 42.86%; 2 rows was in 165 eyes; 1.5 rows was in 57 eyes, 11.97%; 1.2 rows was in 47 eyes, 9.83%; 3 rows was in 2 eyes. Lower meibomian gland orifice: 2 rows was in 1 eye, the rest was in 1 row. CONCLUSIONS The arrangement of upper meibomian gland orifice was diverse, while that of the lower meibomian gland orifice was 1 row.
