Clinical efficacy of microsurgery combined with implantation of radioactive^(125)I particles for recurrent cerebral malignant gliomas

摘要 目的探讨手术联合125I粒子植入治疗脑复发恶性胶质瘤(RCMG)的临床效果。方法 2009年6月至2012年6月手术联合125I粒子植入治疗RCMG患者34例(A组),单纯手术切除肿瘤治疗RCMG患者25例(B组)。结果两组患者术后出现明显不良反应的发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。A组患者术后中位生存时间为45周,明显高于B组患者(29周;P<0.05)。多因素Cox回归分析表明B组患者死亡危险高于A组(P<0.01)。结论手术联合125I放射性粒子植入对于脑复发恶性胶质瘤是一种较为安全有效的临床治疗方式。 Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness of microsurgery combined with implantation of radioactive ~2~I particles for recurrent cerebral malignant gliomas (RCMG). Methods The clinical data of 59 patients with RCMG, who underwent microsurgery from June 2009 to June 2012, were analyzed retrospectively. Of 59 patients with RCMG, 34 patients received microsurgery combined with implantation of radioactive ~25I particles (group A) and 25 only received microsurgery (group B). Results The rate of complications after treatment in group A (8.8%, 3/34) was similar to that (12.0%, 3/25) in group B (P〉0.05). The survival curve showed that the median survival time was significantly longer in group A (45 weeks) than that (29 weeks) in group B (P〈0.05). The Cox regression analysis showed that treatment methods, KPS score and pathological grading had significant influence on the survival time of patients with RCMG. Conclusion Microsurgery combined with implantation of radioactive nsI particles is a safe and effective treatment method for patients with RCMG.
