妊娠伴发原发性心肌病和围生期心肌病的诊疗进展 被引量:2

Advances in diagnosis and treatment of primary cardiomyopathies and peripartum cardiomyopathy in pregnancy women

摘要 原发性心肌病和围生期心肌病可显著增加妊娠妇女发生心力衰竭和心律失常的风险,是妊娠妇女死亡的主要原因之一,严重时可对胎儿产生不良影响。为减少心肌病妊娠妇女的心血管事件,降低病死率,应从孕前咨询评估、妊娠期间治疗及产后随访等进行全方面积极管理。 Summary Primary cardiomyopathies and peripartum cardiomyopathy could increase the risk of heart failure and arrhythmias in pregnancy women, which are leading causes of maternal mortality. When condition is critical, it may exert adverse effects on fetus. To reduce cardiovascular events of pregnancy women with cardiomyopathies, early counselling before pregnancy, regular clinic visit and treatment, postpartum follow-up should be performed.
