冠状动脉支架内再狭窄与血小板聚集性和活性的关系 被引量:6

Relationship between platelet aggregation,activity and coronary stent restenosis

摘要 目的:观察不稳定型心绞痛患者PCI术后支架内再狭窄与血小板聚集性和活性的关系。方法:选择2009-06-2011-06我院行冠状动脉(冠脉)支架植入术的不稳定型心绞痛患者共185例,其中再狭窄组23例,未再狭窄组162例。另选择冠脉造影正常的对照组98例。所有入选患者于术前、术后1h、术后1个月及术后1年采集静脉血,检测血小板膜P选择素水平和最大血小板聚集率,并随访1年。结果:未再狭窄组和再狭窄组患者术前和术后1h的P选择素水平及最大血小板聚集率均较对照组显著升高(均P<0.05);再狭窄组术后1个月及1年的P选择素水平及最大血小板聚集率高于未再狭窄组(均P<0.05)。结论:冠脉支架内再狭窄患者P选择素水平及最大血小板聚集率较高,PCI术后支架内再狭窄与血小板的聚集性和活性密切相关。 Objective: To observe the relationship between platelet aggregation, activity and coronary stent restenosis in patients with unstable angina after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods: A total of 185 patients with unstable angina received PCI from June 2009 to June 2011 was enrolled in this study, including 23 cases of restenosis group and 162 cases of non-restenosis group. 98 subjects with normal coronary arteriography were selected as the control. Platelet membrance P-selectin levels and platelet maximum aggregation rate were detected in all participants before PCI and 1 hour, 1 month, 1 year after PCI, respectively. All patients were fol- lowed up for 1 year. Results: Platelet membrance P-selectin levels and platelet maximum aggregation rate before PCI and 1 hour after PCI in non-restenosis and restenosis groups were significantly higher than those in control group (both P〈0.05). Platelet membrance P-selectin levels and platelet maximum aggregation rate in 1 month, 1 year after PCI were significantly higher than those in non-restenosis group (both P〈0.05). Conclusion:Coronary stent restenosis after PCI is closely related with platelet aggregation rate and activity.
