念珠菌显色培养基鉴定阴道念珠菌的应用评价

Evaluation of CHROMagar Candida in the identification of candida species from vulvovaginal candidosis

目的 : 评价念珠菌显色培养基在外阴阴道念珠菌病诊断及菌种鉴定中的应用价值。方法 :用念珠菌显色培养基对外阴阴道念珠菌进行培养 ,根据菌落形态 ,进行了菌种鉴定。结果 : 白念珠菌仍然是最常见的病原菌。念珠菌显色培养基对白念珠菌、克柔念珠菌的检出有很好的敏感性和特异性 ,对少数非白念珠菌的检出率有待商榷。结论 : 念珠菌显色培养基在阴道分泌物病原快速诊断。

Objective:To evaluate CHROMagar Candida (CA), a new yeast differential medium, in identifying candida species from vulvovaginal candidosis.Methods:One hundred and ten vaginal swab specimens were clarified by Sabouraud dextrose agar ( SDA). With incubation at 30 ℃ for 48～72 h, according to the colony, all isolates were identified successfully.Results:Of the 110 swab cultures processed, yeasts were all isolated from SDA and CA. Candida albicans is the most common species causing vaginal candidosis. Candida albicans and Candida krusei can be identified correctly by CA. But for some minortiy species, CA is open to question for its unsatisfactory sensitivity and specificity.Conclusion:CA is a good isolation medium available for identification and rapid diagnosis of common candida spp, from vaginal specimens.
