交泰丸对血管性痴呆模型大鼠单胺氧化酶及单胺类神经递质的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察交泰丸对血管性痴呆(VD)大鼠脑组织单胺氧化酶(MAO)活性及单胺类神经递质的影响,探讨其对VD治疗的作用机制。方法制备VD大鼠模型;MG-2Y迷宫进行行为学测试;ELISA法测定脑组织MAO活性、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量。结果模型组大鼠与假手术组比较,NE、DA、5-HT含量降低,MAO活性升高;交泰丸治疗后,尤其是高剂量交泰丸组,NE、DA、5-HT含量明显升高,MAO活性明显降低。结论交泰丸改善VD大鼠学习记忆能力的作用机制可能与提高脑组织中NE、DA、5-HT含量,降低MAO活性密切相关。 Objective To explore effects of jiaotai pill on monoamine oxidase (MAO) and monoamine neurotransmitter in vascular dementia (VD) rat and discuss the function and mechanism of jiaotai pill for VD.Methods.Suture-occluded method was used to prepare VD model.MG-2Y maze was used to test the behavior science.ELISA was used to examine the activity of MAO,the content of NE,DA and 5-HT in brain.Results Compared with sham group,NE,DA and 5-HT in model group were decreased and MAO was increased.After use of high jiaotai pill,NE,DA and 5-HT proportion were increased clearly,MAO activity was reduced clearly.Conclusions Jiaotai pill can improve the ability of learning and memory of VD rat.Mechanism may be closely connected with increasing the content of NE,DA and 5-HT in brain and reducing the activity of MAO.
