慢性心力衰竭患者与血尿酸水平的关系 被引量:9

摘要 慢性心力衰竭是各种心血管疾病发展的终末阶段,体内神经内分泌水平、免疫系统及代谢功能均出现改变和失衡.流行病学研究表明慢性心衰患者血尿酸水平升高是疾病恶化及死亡率增加的危险因素[1].本文通过对在我科住院的慢性心衰患者作回顾性分析,观察其心功能分级及左心室舒张末期内径、左心室射血分数与血尿酸水平联系.探讨血尿酸发生发展中的作用及慢性心力衰竭患者病情变化及预后的价值.
