高迁移率族蛋白B1与慢性阻塞性肺疾病继发肺动脉高压的关系 被引量：9

摘要 肺动脉高压是慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）展到发展到肺心病的中心环节,直接影响到COPD患者的预后,肺血管的重塑与COPD的发展密切相关[1],是COPD继发肺动脉高压形成的机制和主要病理表现之一.其在COPD继发肺动脉高压及不可逆性肺动脉高压形成过程中起关键作用.已有研究表明,肺血管重构与COPD的气道炎症密切相关[2].
