肠道乳糖酶的研究进展

Advances in research of intestinal lactase

乳糖酶是存在于哺乳动物小肠黏膜微绒毛膜表面上的一种双糖酶,很多肠道有益菌均具有产生乳糖酶的能力.世界上大多数人群中存在乳糖酶缺乏,影响了全世界近2/3的人口.目前有关乳糖代谢和乳糖酶活性的表达调控方面的研究,已引起国内外学者的关注.本文将对此方面的近期研究进展进行综述.

Lactase is a type of disaccharidase which exists on the surface of small intestinal villi of mammals and can be generated by many beneficial intesti- nal bacteria. The majority of humans are deficient in lactase and approximately 2/3 of the world＇ s population are affected by lactase deficiency. Nowadays, the research of the metabolism of lactose, lactose enzyme expression and regulation has attracted wide attention both in China and other countries. In this article, we will review re- cent progresses in research of intestinal lactase.
