摘要
目的观察三七对糖尿病肾病(DN)大鼠的治疗效果,探讨其作用机制,为糖尿病及DN的预防及治疗提供参考。方法予不同剂量三七治疗8周,观察其对STZ诱导的DN大鼠肾脏功能及结构的影响,观察各组血脂、血糖、体重、24h尿蛋白定量、肾脏VEGF表达水平。结果不同三七剂量组血糖、TG、尿量、24h尿蛋白定量及VEGF表达均有不同程度降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),而体重、HDL-C均有不同程度增加(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论三七治疗DN大鼠有一定疗效,其机制可能与改善相关代谢异常及改善组织缺血有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of panax notoginseng on experimental diabetic nephropathy (DN)and its mechanism to provide reference for the treatment of diabetes and its microcomplieations. Methods Diabetes was induced by STZ in rats. They were treated with panax notoginseng preparations for 8 weeks. After treatment, the effect of panax notoginseng preparations on functions and structures of kidney was observed, and the lipid and glucose levels in plasma, body weight, the 24 h urinary protein excretion, and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)of diabetic rats were determined for analysis. Results With different doses of panax notoginseng, the glucose and triglycerides (TG)levels, urine volume, 24 h urinary protein excretion, and expression of VEGF of diabetic rats were all decreased (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01),while the body weight and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-C) were increased(P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01). The kidney structures and functions of diabetic rats were improved. Conclusion Panax notoginseng is effective for DN. The possible mechanism may be related to the correction of the related metabolic disorders and improvement of ischemic state of the renal tissues.
