摘要
本文通过对TEA和TIPA两种单体助磨剂进行助磨实验,研究两种单体助磨剂对水泥粉磨动力学的影响。结果表明,粉磨物料的比表面积与粉磨时间的平方根有良好的线性关系,两种单体助磨剂均能显著提高粉磨效果,主要体现在对水泥比表面积、颗粒级配及粉磨能耗的改善等方面。加入TEA或TIPA之后,水泥的比表面积大幅提高,粉磨30min时,0.09%掺量的TIPA使水泥的比表面积增加18.8%;对强度发展起关键作用的3—32μm颗粒含量明显增多;通过对比达到相同比表面积所需要粉磨的时间发现,加入助磨剂能够大大缩短粉磨时间。
This paper studied the effect of TEA and TIPA on grinding kinetics of cement. The result showed that the specific surface area of grinding material had good linear relationship with the square root of grinding time. Both TEA and TIPA could observably improve the grinding effect, including the specific surface area, particle size distribution and energy consumption during grinding. TEA and TIPA could obviously increase the specific surface area and the content of particles between 3-32 μm, which determines the strength of cement; when compared with blank sample. It was found that the addition of TEA or TIPA could observably shorten the grinding time to achieve a desired specific surface area.
