摘要
光伏硅切割废砂浆含铁量较高,影响回收利用,采用硫酸浸溶法对其去进行除铁,通过正交实验分析废砂浆与硫酸溶液质量比、硫酸浓度、浸溶温度及浸溶时间对铁浸出量的影响,得出较优工艺条件为:硅切割废砂浆与硫酸溶液的质量比1∶4,硫酸浓度20%,浸泡温度80℃,浸泡时间80 min,通过验证实验表明所选工艺条件是可行的。
Because of the content of iron in cutting slurry waste of the silicon is very high, so the cutting waste cannot be directly recycled. The effect of leaching time, leaching temperature, mass ratio of the cutting waste with H2SO4 solution and the concentration of H2SO4 on the dissolution of iron was researched through orthogonal analysis after using H2SO4 leaching on the removal of iron from cutting slurry waste of the silicon. The experiment results show that the optimal process conditions are as follows : the mass ratio of cutting waste with HESO4 solution is 1 : 4, the H2SO4 concentration is 20% and the leaching temperature is 80 ℃, leaching time is 80 rain. The verification experiment shows that this process condition is feasible.
