摘要
以多晶硅生产中产生的副产物四氯化硅为原料,与水玻璃溶液反应一步制取白炭黑.结果表明,采用含SiO2质量分数为3%的水玻璃溶液时,SiO2的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)的吸附值最高可达2.7mL/g左右,平均粒径可达12μm左右,BET比表面积为90.03m2/g,最佳反应温度为75℃,最佳反应终点pH值为8~9.制备过程中表面活性剂的加入能在一定程度上改善白炭黑的性能.
White carbon black was prepared with the one-pot method , by reacting sodium Metasilicate solution with silicon tetrachloride, which was the by-product from the production of polycrystalline silicon. The results indicated when the SiO2's mass fraction in the sodium metasilicate solution was 3 % -4 %, the SiO2 's DBP absorption value(the value of SiO2 absorbing DBP)could nearly reach 2.7mL/g, the average particle size could nearly reach 12um, and the BET specific surface area was 90. 03m2/g. The optimal temperature for the reaction was 75~C . The best pH at the terminal point of the reaction was 8-9. In the preparation process , the adding of surfactant could improve the performance of white carbon black.
