摘要
以环氧树脂E44和有机硅KH55O作为水性聚氨酯(WPU)交联改性剂,合成了环氧树脂/有机硅双重改性WPU乳液。研究了环氧树脂和有机硅加入量对改性WPU结构性能的影响,并研究了改性WPU乳液对超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维的粘结性能。结果表明,随着环氧树脂和有机硅加入量的增加,乳液粒径增大,黏度下降,但过量加入后乳液储存稳定性变差;加入有机硅改性可有效提高WPU乳液对UHMWPE纤维的粘结性能,并提高WPU胶膜的耐水性,而加入环氧树脂改性可进一步改善胶膜的耐水性,环氧树脂/有机硅双重改性可提高WPU的综合性能。
The modified waterborne polyurethane(WPU)emulsion was synthesized by using epoxy resin(E44)and organic silicone(KH550)as the crosslinking agents. The effect of the added amount of E44 and KH550 on the structure and properties of modified WPU were evaluated. The interfacial adhesive properties between modified WPU and ultrahigh mo- lecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)fibers were studied. The results showed that the particle sizes of modified WPU e- mulsion increased and the viscosity of the emulsion decreased with increasing amount of E44 and KH550, however, the stor- age stability of the emulsion decreased when adding excessive modifiers. The adhesive properties between WPU and UHM- WPE fibers as well as the water resistance of WPU films were improved after modified with silicone. The water resistance of WPU film could be greatly improved by further modified with E44. Epoxy resin/organic silicon modification could improve the comprehensive properties of WPU.
