摘要
以SnCl4·5H2O、SbCl3和AlCl3·6H2O为主要成分,酒石酸和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为配位剂,氨水为沉淀剂,利用共沉淀法制备出导电粉的前驱体,600℃下煅烧得到一种易于分散的超细导电粉。经过电镜、粒度和导电性分析,该导电粉具有粒度较小、不易团聚和导电性好的特点;加入涂料中的隔热性测试显示,掺铝导电粉的隔热性优于未掺铝的导电粉。
Taking SnCl4 · 5H2 O, SbCl3 and AlCl3·6H2O as material, tartaric acid and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide as complexing agent and ammonia as precipitating agent, the precursor of conductive powder was prepared by coprecipitation, then it was calcined at 600℃ to obtain a readily dispersible ultrafine conductive powder. Through the electron microscope, the particle size and the conductive analysis, the powder had characteristics of a smaller particle size, difficult to reunite and good conductivity. The thermal insulation test for coating added by the powder showed that thermal insulation of aluminum-doped conductive powder was more good than undoped powder.
