摘要
建立了测定松子中黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G 2的高效液相色谱方法。方法以甲醇-水(8+2)提取,免疫亲和层析柱净化,碘液柱后衍生,荧光检测器进行检测。试验结果表明:黄曲霉毒素B1、G1标准溶液浓度在1—50Lg/L范围内,黄曲霉毒素B2、G2标准溶液浓度在0.3—15Lg/L范围内,线性良好。黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2的检出限分别为0.10、0.05、0.10、0.10Lg/kg,平均回收率为85.00%—96.20%,精密度<5%。
A method was established to determine aflat6xin B1,B2,G1,G2 in pine nuts by high performance liquid chromatography. Having been extracted by methanol-water(8+2) and purified by immunoaffinity column,and performed by post column derivatization of iodine solution,the separation of the aflatoxin in samples was achieved. The detection was performed by fluorescence detector. At the range 1-50μg/L of aflatoxin B1, G1 and 0. 3-15μg/L of aflatoxin B2, G2, good linearity was achieved. The detection limit of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, G2 were 0. 10, 0. 05, 0. 10, 0. 10μg/kg respectively. The average recovery was 85.00%--96.20% and the RSD was below 5%.
