摘要
建立了一种测定交警头发中痕量铅的新方法。研究了在T w een-80存在下,铅与非水溶性试剂meso-四(4-氯苯基)卟啉的显色反应条件,提出了一个高灵敏度测定铅的分光光度法。络合物的最大吸收波长为466nm,组成摩尔比为1∶1,铅含量在0—6Lg/10mL范围内有较好的线性关系,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.74×105L·mol-1·cm-1,并将其应用于交警头发中痕量铅的测定。
This article establishes a determination of traffic police in the hair of a new method of traces of lead. It describes a chromogenic reaction of Pb ( Ⅱ ) with T (4-CIP)P in the presence of Tween-80. A highly sensitive and selective method for the determination of Pb ( Ⅱ ) has been developed. The Sorer band of the complex lies at 466nm. Beer's law is obeyed for lead in the range of 0-6μg/10mL. The molar ratio of complex is 1 : 1 ,apparent molar absorptivity is 1.74×105L·mol-1·cm^-1. Results of the Dezhou City traffic content of lead in hair is much higher than that of the normal human.
