Determination of Tantalum in Niobium-Tantalum Ore by Spectrophotometry with 2,3,7-Trihydroxy-9-Sulicylfluoronc

摘要 铌钽矿石经碱熔融预处理后,甲基异丁基酮分离钽,以酒石酸作为辅助络合剂,在表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵存在下,2,3,7-三羟基-9-水杨基荧光酮与钽发生灵敏的显色反应。络合物的摩尔吸光系数为3.24×105L·mol-1·cm-1,其最大吸收波长为527nm,且钽在0—32Lg/50mL范围内符合比耳定律,相关系数为0.9993。该法应用于铌钽矿中钽的测定效果较好。 Pretreatment with alkali melting,tantalum separating by MIBK on niobium-tantalum ore,tantalum can be determined by 2,3,7-trihydroxy-9-sulicylfluoronc color reaction under existing surfactant-cetyltrimethylammonium bromide in tartaric acid as auxiliary complex agent. It's apparent molar absorption coefficient was 3.24×105L·mol^-1·cm^-1 ,the maximum absorption wavelength was 527nm,and Beer's law was obeyed at the range of 0-32μg Tantalum in 50 mL solution,the correlation coefficient was 0. 9993. This method has been used for the determination of tantalum in niobium-tar^talum ore with satisfactory results.
