电感耦合等离子体-质谱法快速测定尿中的碘 被引量:4

Quick Determination of Iodine in Urine by ICP-MS Method

摘要 在优化的仪器条件下,以In作内标,采用电感耦合等离子体-质谱法(ICP-MS)测定尿中碘元素。样品经稀释离心后直接上机测定。该方法线性范围为宽、灵敏度高、重现性好、线性相关系数为0.99997、回收率为95.3%—98.1%、精密度为1.15%—2.08%、用ICP-M S法和国标方法同时测定25份尿样中碘含量,结果经统计学分析,T为0.158小于2.021,P>0.05,说明两种方法测定结果之间无显著性差异。ICP-M S方法简便快速且易于操作,适用于大批量尿样品中碘含量的测定。 Under the condition of the optimization of the instrument, the content of iodine in urine was established by ICP-MS method, using In as the internal standard. The sample was determined directly after diluted and eentriμlge. The recovery is between 95.3% and 98.1%. And the relative standard deviations are from 1. 15% to 2.08%. Its linear correlation coefficient is 0. 99997. The conten.t of iodine in 25 samples was determined simultaneously with ICP-MS method and national standard method. All data were analyzed by paired-sample T test. T= 0. 158 less than 2. 021, P〉 0.05. The results had no significant difference. The ICP-MS method is simple, quick, widen Linear range, highly sensitive and less disturbance. It is suitable to determine a large scale of the content of iodine in urine.
