用酸碱法从拐枣七中提取总生物碱,并测定其中原阿片碱的含量。从拐枣七中提取出总生物碱,用有机溶剂萃取法提取其中的原阿片碱,然后进行鉴定,鉴定包括熔点测定,呈色反应等。拐枣七中总生物碱含有隐品碱,别隐品碱,原阿片碱等多种碱,其中原阿片碱含量居多。

The total alkaloids were extracted from calligonum seven by acid-base method, and the protopine was got by organic solvent extraction method. Melting point determination and color reaction were employed to appraisal it. Total alkaloids in calligonum seven contain cryptopine,allocryptopine, protopine and so on. And protopine is the main component in the total alkaloids.
