大肠正常组织和癌组织的自体荧光光谱特征分析

DIFFERENCES IN LASER-INDUCED AUTOFLUORESCENCE BETWEEN NORMAL AND CARCINOMATOUS COLORECTAL TISSURES

研究大肠正常组织和癌组织的激光诱导自体荧光光谱特征 ,为大肠癌的早期诊断提供理论依据。方法 :采用 370nm激光诱导自体荧光检测分析系统采集 2 4例外科手术切下的大肠癌组织和正常组织的自体荧光光谱 ,分析两者的荧光光谱差异。结果 :采集了 40 0～ 70 0nm波长范围的自体荧光光谱 ,40 0～ 5 90nm正常组织的荧光强度高于癌组织 ,5 90～ 70 0nm癌组织的荧光强度高于正常组织。在波长 46 0nm、6 90nm有特征波峰 ,在 46 0nm正常组织和癌组织的特征峰强度分别为 1193± 10 1、782± 88,正常组织的峰强度明显高于癌组织 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;在 6 90nm特征峰强度分别为 5 5 6± 2 8、6 18± 2 9,癌组织的荧光强度显著高于正常组织 (P <0 .0 0 1)。不同组织学类型的大肠癌荧光强度无明显差别。结论 :正常组织和癌组织的自体荧光强度存在差异 ,不同组织学类型的大肠癌荧光强度无明显差别。

Objective: To investigate the differences in laser-induced auto fluorescence between normal and carcinomatous colorectal tissues. Methods: Auto fluorescence diagnostic system induced with 370nm laser light was used to detect the auto fluorescence of normal and carcinomatous colorectal tissues in 24 patients. The auto fluorescence differences between normal and carcinomatous tissues were analyzed and fluorescence characteristics were measured. Results: The auto fluorescence spectra from 400nm to 700 nm were collected. From 400nm to 590nm the fluorescence intensity of the normal tissues was higher than the carcinomatous tissues and from 590nm to 700nm the intensity of the carcinomatous tissues was higher than the normal tissues. There were two characteristic wave peaks in 460nm and 690nm. The intensity of largest peak in 460nm was 1193±101, 782±88, respectively, and in the normal tissues was significant higher than in the carcinomatous tissues ( P <0.001). The peak intensity in 690nm was 556±26, 618±29, respectively, and in the normal tissues was significant lower than in the carcinomatous tissues ( P <0.001). Conclusions: There were differences in the intensity of the laser-induced auto fluorescence between normal and carcinomatous colorectal tissues. There won't differences in the intensity of the laser-induced auto fluorescence between carcinomatous colorectal tissues with different pathologic basis.
