儿童正畸牙移动龈沟液中MMP-2和TIMP-2的表达 被引量:3

Expressions of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in gingival crevicular fluid of children during orthodontic tooth movement

摘要 目的:探讨龈沟液中MMP-2和TIMP-2在正畸牙移动过程中可能发挥的作用。方法:选择24例拔除4颗第1双尖牙矫治青少年患者,牙列排齐整平后用弹性橡皮链150g正畸力拉尖牙向远中,上颌左侧尖牙为实验组加力150 g,右侧上颌尖牙为对照组不加力,分别在加力前、加力后1、4、7、14、28天收集实验牙和对照牙远中临面处的龈沟液,用酶联免疫方法测定龈沟液中MMP-2和TIMP-2的含量。结果:实验组尖牙受力后龈沟液中MMP-2和TIMP-2在加力后1、4、7天时均增高,7天时达到高峰,后开始下降,28天恢复至加力前水平。对照组龈沟液中MMP-2和TIMP-2基本维持在基线水平。两组在加力后第4、7、14天MMP-2和TIMP-2的浓度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正畸牙受力后龈沟液内MMP-2、TIMP-2表达水平发生动态规律性变化,MMP-2、TIMP-2参与了早期正畸牙移动牙周组织改建。 Objective: To explore the probable effects of matrix metalloproteinase - 2 ( MMP - 2 ) and tissue inhibitor of metallo- proteinase - 2 (TIMP - 2) in gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) of children during orthodontic tooth movement. Methods: Twenty - four ado- lescents removing four the first canine teeth during orthodontic tooth movement were selected, the distal force of 150 grams was exerted to the canine teeth on the left side, the canine teeth of the right side was treated as control group. The GCFs from the distal position of canine teeth ( both experimental group and control group) were collected at baseline, 1,4, 7, 14, and 28 days after the orthodontic forces were exerted. The concentrations of MMP - 2 and TIMP - 2 in GCF were detected by ELISA technique. Results: The concentrations of MMP - 2 and TiMP - 2 in GCF of experimental group increased at 1 and 4 days, peaked at 7 days, then they decreased, returned to the concentrations be- fore exerting the force at 28 days. The concentrations of MMP - 2 and TIMP - 2 maintained at at baseline levels during the process in control group. There were statistically significant differences in concentrations of MMP - 2 and TIMP - 2 in GCF at 4, 7, and 14 days after exerting the forces between the two groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : The expression levels of MMP - 2 and TIMP - 2 in GCF during orthodontic tooth movement change dynamically and regularly ,. which participate in the reconstruction of periodontal tissue during orthodontic tooth move- ment.
