成都市2～3岁幼儿饮食行为的多中心调查

Multicenter investigation on dietary behavior of 2-3-year-old infants in Chengdu city

目的：调查地区婴幼儿母乳喂养持续时间、母乳喂养现况，了解2～3岁儿童饮食行为、日常活动及影响因素。方法：采用横断面调查并结合回顾性调查，随机分层抽样抽取成都市区3家医院／保健院2～3岁儿童，对其抚养人进行问卷调查。结果：调查共发放问卷285份，回收有效问卷279份，其中男童150名，女童129名。4—6个月龄内纯母乳喂养共计103名，占36．9％；混合喂养共131名，占47．0％，人工喂养45名，占16．1％。母乳持续时间（6．89±3．67）月，最长持续至幼儿18个月。4个月内断母乳的婴儿65名，占27．8％，46．6％儿童于5～8月内断母乳，50．0％儿童母乳喂养持续到6月后，而持续到12月以后的仅占3．4％。结论：成都市0—6个月婴儿的纯母乳喂养率不高，应加强母乳喂养优点的宣传教育，提高纯母乳喂养率．

Objective： To investigate the duration time and current situation of breastfeeding in the surveyed areas, understand the dietary behavior, daily activities, and influencing factors of 2 - 3 - year - old infants. Methods ： A cross - sectional survey combined with retrospective survey were adopted to select 2 -3 -year- old infants tYom three hospitals （maternal and child health care hospitals） from ur- ban area of Chengdu city by random stratified sampling method, then their legal guardians were investigated by a questionnaire. Results： A total of 285 survey questionnaires were issued, 279 valid questionnaire were retrieved, including 150 boys and 129 girls. A total of 103 in- fants aged 4- 6 months old were fed with breastfeeding, accounting for 36. 9%; 131 infants were fed with mixed feeding, accounting for 47.0% ; 45 infants were fed with artificial feeding, accounting for 16. 1%. The duration time of breastfeeding was （6. 89 ± 3.67 ） months, the longest duration time was 18 months. Sixty -five infants stopped breastfeeding within 4 months, accounting for 27.8% ; 46. 6% of the infants stopped breastfeeding within 5 - 8 months ; 50. 0% of the infants stopped breastfeeding after 6 months, and only 3.4% of the infants stopped breastfeeding after 12 months. Conclusion： The pure breastfeeding rate of 0 -6 -month- old infants in Chengdu city is not high, publicity and education about advantages of breastfeeding should be strengthened to improve the pure breastfeeding rate.
