摘要
20年来 ,传染病在全球重新蔓延 ,威胁全人类生命健康。在遏制传染病传播上 ,抗生素已显得越来越无能为力。传染病的流行与社会因素密切相关。社会因素在传染病滋生与流行过程中起着决定的作用。建立以全体社会人员为服务对象 ,以优化环境 ,改善社会环境为目标的社会大卫生观已成为防治和控制传染病肆虐的有效手段。
The emergence or reemergence of infectious diseases is found all over the world during recent twenty years. It is greatly threatening human health. Besides the biological factors, the social factors are closely related with the emergence or reemergence of infectious diseases. This article described in detail the social factors in which are involved in prevalence of infectious diseases.
