窄空间流道内受限空泡演化影响流型演变的可视化实验研究

Visual Experimental Investigation on the Evolution of Confined Bubble Effect the Evolution of Flow Pattern in Narrow Space Channel

摘要 气相分别以空气、氮气、氩气和CO_2气体为工质,液相以水为工质在内径分别为2 mm和6 mm的流道内开展可视化实验研究.研究了不同液相流量下,气泡长度和气泡间的间隔长度随气相流量的变化规律,并分析了在直径为2mm的流道内不同气相工质物性参数(包括Eo效和Mo数)对流型演变的影响.文章还比较了在直径为2 mm的流道内和直径为6 mm的流道内空泡行为对流型的影响. Air, nitrogen, argon and carbon dioxide gas were used as gas-phase working fluid in this study respectively, and water was used as the liquid-phase working fluid. Visual experiment was carried out in the channels with inner diameter of 2 mm and 6 ram. In this study, the bubble length and the gap between adjacent bubbles are analyzed with different gas flow rate and different liquid flow rate. Also, the effect of the properties of different gases (including the Eo number and Mo number) on the evolution of flow patterns in the channel of 2 mm inner diameter is analyzed. In this paper, a comparison between the effects of bubble behaviors on the flow patterns in 2 mm channel and 6 mm channel is proposed.
