双通道平板环路热管实验研究 被引量:1

Experimental Study of Flat Loop Heat Pipe With Bi-Transport Loops

摘要 以铜为主要壳体材料,纯水为工质,制作了双通道平板环路热管,并对其在不同方位下的传热特性进行了实验研究.研究结果表明,此双通道平板环路热管的蒸发器温度在功率变化中都可以迅速反应到相对稳定的值;其两个通道的传热特性基本一致;方位对蒸发器温度的影响在小功率时较大,大功率时变小;其在顺重力(水平且冷凝器在蒸发器上方)时的传热性能最好,蒸发器温度最低;若要求蒸发器温度低于90℃,各个方位都可以稳定传热360 W热量以上;冷凝管道尚未得到充分利用,此双通道平板环路热管的传热量还可更大. A flat loop heat pipe (FLHP) with bi-transport loops (BTL) is manufactured by using copper as shell and pure water as working fluid. The heat transfer characteristics of the FLHP with BTL are tested in different orientations. The results show that, the evaporator temperature can get to a steady state within a short time after the heat power changed, and the heat transfer capability of the two transport loops are almost the same. The evaporator temperature is very sensitivity to the orientation with smaller heating power, and it is less sensitivity with larger heating power. When the heating power is the same, the orientation of along gravity (horizontal and the condenser is above the evaporator) gives the lowest temperature of the evaporator. This FLHP with BTL can transfer more than 360W in all orientation by limiting the evaporator temperature lower than 90°. Anyway, the condenser line was not full used yet, and it can transfer even larger heating power.
