摘要 本文回顾了智能建筑和楼宇自控技术的近年发展历程,分析了楼宇自控技术发展的技术驱动力和需求驱动力。文章从信息通讯技术和控制方法两个角度,对现场总线、系统架构、物联网技术、预测控制、人工神经网络、模糊控制等当前楼宇自控技术的研究进展进行了综述;并从建筑能源管理,故障诊断辨识,跨系统联合控制等方面对楼宇自控技术的应用进展进行了总结,并对楼宇自控技术的发展方向和应用前景进行展望。 The development process of intelligent building and building automation technology in recent years was reviewed, and the technology driving force and demand driving force of the development of building automation technology were analyzed by this paper. The research progress of current building automation technology such as field bus, system architecture, internet of things technology, prediction control, artificial neural network, and fuzzy control were summarized by this paper from the point of information and communication technology and control method, and the application progress of building automation technology were also summarized by this article from the point of building energy management, fault diagnosis and identification, cross-system combined control, and the application prospect and development direction of building automation technology were prospected by this paper.
