摘要
自20世纪70年代以来,国际上多个发达国家先后提出了"零能耗建筑"及类似定义并开展技术研究,近期各主要发达国家在政府指令、技术发展目标等文件中对"零能耗建筑"发展做出中长期规划。本文通过对"零能耗建筑"相关定义的发展历程进行总结,对国际"零能耗建筑"定义的边界划分、计算范围、衡量指标、转换系数、平衡周期等内容进行分析,结合我国实际情况,得出适用于我国的"零能耗建筑"的具体定义。
Since 1970s, several developed countries have proposed the concept of( Net or Nearly) Zero Energy Building( ZEB). Recently,this concept has been widely used in major economies countries government energy policies and technical roadmaps for building energy efficiency. In this paper, the definitions and policies in major economies for Zero Energy Building were reviewed. Key elements such as building boundary, different end use energy, evaluation criteria, energy conversion and evaluation period were discussed. The specific definition of Chinese zero energy building was developed on basis of these discussion and analysis.
