摘要
目的主要对湖南省 1 983-1 997年 1 5年间的血防卫生资源总量、不同类别机构人员、床位和职称分布变化趋势进行分析。结果 1 5年间卫生人员总数、卫技人员、床位数分别增加了 31 .1 4 %、4 3.2 6%、8.81 % ;乡(镇 )血防站人员、床位呈负数增长 ,负增长速度分别为 1 3.54%和 2 4 .2 2 % ,人员以县血防站增长幅度最大 ,增长速度分别为 90 .2 9% ,床位以地 (市 )血防所增长速度最大 ,为 1 34 .96% ;高级、中级职称人员数量和比重增加 ,初级人员所占的比重下降 ,三者的比例由 1 983年的 1∶ 2 3∶ 1 1 0 0变为 1 997年的 1∶ 9∶ 2 9。结论调整血防卫生资源增量 ,优化现有血防卫生资源的配置 ,提高基层人员的卫生技术水平 ,发展社区卫生服务。
The changing tendency of health resources in number and technical level of professional health workers, and hospital beds for schistosomiasis control services in provincial, prefectural (city), county or township anti-schistosomiasis institutions from 1983 to 1997 in Hunan Province has been analysed The results showed that during the past 15 years, the total number of health workers, technical health workers and sickbeds in Hunan Province increased by 31 14%, 43 26% and 8 81% respectively, while the health workers and sickbeds reduced 13 54% and 24 22% in township stations The highest increase range of health workers(90 29%) revealed in county stations, but of sickbeds (134 96%) revealed in city stations The ratio of senior, medium and junior professional title of technical health workers changed from 1∶23∶1 100 in 1993 to 1∶9∶29 in 1997 It has been suggested by the authors that the increase range of health resources should be adjusted, the disposition of current health resources be reasonably optimized, the technical level of health workers in grass-roots be enhanced, and community health services be developed
