摘要
目的 : 为了探讨银屑病发病诱因 ,以提高临床治疗效果。方法 : 分析了 5 80例银屑病病人的临床资料。结果 : 发现发病中的遗传因素和环境因素的组合占重要位置 ,以及同形反应在发病中的重要作用 ,导致免疫异常表现 ,进而引起银屑病发生。结论 : 在治疗方面 ,采用中西医治疗 ,精选了提高免疫功能的中药 ,促使TH/TS细胞达到平衡 ,避免了激素及免疫抑制剂的副作用 ,从而达到抑制上皮细胞有丝分裂作用。结果显效率 88.45 % ,有效率 95 .5 2 %。
Objectives:To investigate the induced factors of the occurrence of psoriasis so as to enhance the effectiveness in treating this disease.Method:Clinical data of 580 patients with psoriasis were analysed.Results:It was found that hereditary factors together with environmental factors might play an important role in the pathogenesis of the disease.Conclusions:The investigation of integrated Chinese traditional and Western medicine, particular of selective use of Chinese medicatious medica which could improve immune function, can promote the formation of a balance TH/TS cell ratio, avoid side effects of steroid/immunological suppressive preparations and consequently inhibit mitosis of epithelium cells, make a better therapeutic effctiveness, with a clinical cure rate of 58.62% and 95.52% of them being improved clinically.
