中国压水堆蒸汽发生器传热管的研究及国产化 被引量:10

Localization About Steam Generator Tube of Pressurized Water Reactor Nuclear Power Unit in China

摘要 回顾了近几十年来中国的几种压水堆蒸汽发生器传热管用材料的选材、研制和国产化。通过一系列研究和工艺突破,积累了大量的材料使用性能数据,成功开发了耐应力腐蚀和点腐蚀性能优良、具有完全自主知识产权的蒸汽发生器用传热管材料,并形成了国产Inconel690TT等材料蒸汽发生器传热管的产业化能力,在国内得到应用,有力地促进了核电关键材料的国产化进程。 The material selection,development and localization about steam generator(SG) tube of unit in pressurized water reactor(PWR) in China in recent decades were reviewed.Through serious of research and technology breakthrough,a lot of data about material performance were accumulated.And an SG tube material with completely independent intellectual property right was developed successfully by China,which bears excellent SCC and pitting corrosion resistant properties.The industrialization ability of domestic Inconel 690TT etc.tube has been built,which have been used in China.All of these above strongly promote the localization process of critical material in nuclear power.
