摘要
目的 测定低氧环境下不同居留时间健康男性青年尿中微量蛋白含量。方法 采取由平原地区入伍到高原地区 4个月 (A组 )、2 4个月 (B组 )及高原本地出生 (C组 )健康男性青年正常尿液标本共 5 0份 ,以放射免疫法测定THB(Tamm -Horsfall蛋白 )、β2 -MG(β2 -微球蛋白 )和α1-MG(α1-微球蛋白 )。结果 居留高原不同时间健康男性青年THB均小于平原地区参考值 (P <0 0 1) ,居留 1a以上及高原本地青年THB明显低于急进高原者。本地青年组 β2 -MG与参考值对比无差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,而A、B两组 β2 -MG均高于平原参考值和C组 (P <0 0 1)。各组α1-MG均低于参考值(P <0 0 1) ,其中B组高于A、C两组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 在高原同一海拔地区居住不同时间的健康男性青年尿中主要微量蛋白含量不同。
Objective To defermine the kinds of urine protein at altitude induced albuminuria of young man staying there different time.Methods 50 urine samples had been examined that they were from group A (staying at high altitude 4 months),group B (staying at high altitude 24 months) and group C.50 samples be from sea level.THB(Tamm=Horsfall protein),β 2MG and α 1MG were determined with radioimmunoassay.Results THB that young man staying at high altitude was lower the staying sea level (P<0 01).Staying over a year and long live altitude THB was lower initial altitude.The group A and B,β 2MG was over sea level and group C( P<0.01 ).α 1MG in all groups was lower confrol group (P<0.01).Out of them,group B was over group A or C(P<0.01).Conclusions The protein dinds of urine are different staying same altitude living time was different.
