摘要
针对传统热量计量器误差大、人工抄表效率低等缺点,研制了一种超声波热量表和远程抄表系统。该热量表选用TDC-GP21增强型时间数字转换芯片构建检测模块,通过对管道液体流量和温差的测量,达到测量热量的目的。此外,热量表配有集成DTU无线发送模块,在借助通信运营商GPRS网络的基础上,设计出了数据服务中心软件,可以对远程用户数据采集及监控。数字化热量表与互联网的结合给人们提供了智能家居全新体验。经试验可知,该热量表达到二级标准,数据中心软件的抄表响应时间在5 s以内。
Ultrasonic heat meter and remote meter reading system are designed to prevent from low accuracy of traditional heat meter and low efficiency of manual meter reading.The enhanced time digital conversion chip TDC-GP21 is used for detection module in heat meter.It measures heat by detect pipe liquid flow and temperature difference.In addition,the DTU wireless module integrated in heat meter and data center software can collect and monitor remote data by GPRS network.The combination of digital heat meter and internet provides people with a new experience of the smart home.Through the test,the level of heat meter reaches national second standards,and the response time of data center software is in 5 seconds or less.
