基于球杆仪的卧式五坐标加工中心圆度误差诊断 被引量:2

摘要 对卧式五坐标加工中心进行XY、YZ和ZX三个平面的球杆仪测试,获得了机床在不同进给速度条件下的三个坐标平面的圆度误差。针对三个平面的圆度误差分布,分析了影响数控机床圆度的误差项,以及不同进给速度时的机床圆运动中心偏置、各个直线进给轴的实际螺距、设定进给速度与计算进给率的关系。最后,结合实例,分析各项误差的成因,给出具体测试结果的诊断信息和解决措施。 A DBB testing on the XY,YZ and ZX planar of horizontal machining center has been carried on.The roundness errors of these three planar at different feed rate are obtained.The components of machine tool roundness errors are analyzed based on the distribution of three planar roundness errors.And the deflection of rotation center,real screw pitch of every feed axes,relationship between setup feed rate and calculated feed rate have been analyzed.Finally,combined with testing instance,the causes of each error patterns are analyzed,the possible error patterns for this instance have been tracked and solved.
