摘要
准确的滚动导轨结合部动态特性参数是进行数控机床整机动态特性分析的关键,因此研究滚动导轨结合部动态特性参数测试方法将具有十分重要的意义。首先,对滚动导轨结构进行分析,将滚动结合部从结构中分离出来,并建立了等效的双自由度滚动导轨结合部动态特性参数测试模型,提出动态特性参数识别方法。其次,在动态特性参数测试模型的基础上研制了测试系统,并对GZB45型滚动导轨结合部的法向接触刚度和阻尼进行测试,多次试验结果显示试验所测移动部件质量与实际移动部件质量相差小于2%,表明该测量模型对滚动导轨结合部法向刚度和阻尼的识别是可靠的。
The precise dynamic parameters of the rolling guide are essential to the analysis of dynamic characteristics of whole structure of NC machine tool,so studying on the testing method has a great significance to indentify the dynamic parameters of the rolling guide joints.The testing method for dynamic parameters was proposed firstly,then equivalent 2-DOF model of dynamic parameters was established by separating the joints based on the analysis of the structure of rolling guide.Secondly,2-DOF system was built to test the normal equivalent dynamic stiffness and damping of GZB45 roller guide.It has been found that the discrepancy between the mass of actual moving parts and the experimental ones is less than 2%,indicating that the identification of rolling guide normal physical parameters is reliable.
