激光三角法内孔测头固有几何参数标定方法 被引量:1

摘要 为了实现对内孔零件几何参数的完整测量,内孔测头除包括激光三角位移传感器外,还应包括带动传感器回转的机构和支撑壳体。受被测孔自身尺寸和传感器测量范围的限制,传感器回转轴线与其发射激光束可能因异面而存在偏心值a;此外,传感器输出的测量值是参照传感器内某一平面,但传感器回转轴线与该参考平面间也会存在偏移距离b。a和b是此类内孔测头的固有参数,与测量结果直接相关,但在整个测量过程中不变,需要对其进行参数标定后才能用于内孔几何参数的精密测量,最后提出一种标定此类内孔测头参数a和b的方法,并进行了实验验证。 In order to achieve the complete geometric parameters of the hole parts,the measuring device must include shaft and shell besides the laser sensor.Limited by the size of the hole and the measurement range of the sensor,the sensor rotating axis and the sensor laser beam may not be coplanar,their distance may be " a";In addition,the output value of the sensor is reference to a special plane of the sensor,which may be away from the sensor rotating axis by distance " b" ." a" and " b" are constant throughout the measuring process and are directly related with the measurement results.So,they must be calibrated before measurement.It presents a method about how to calibrate parameters a and b,which has been verified valid by corresponding experiments.
