摘要
目的 :采用急性缺氧制备大鼠肺动脉高压模型 ,观察了粉防己碱 (Tet)对缺氧性肺动脉高压的影响以及与前列腺素类物质的关系。方法 :实验大鼠分为对照组、急性缺氧组、急性缺氧 +Tet(2 0 0mg·kg- 1iv)组 ,观察了Tet对平均肺动脉压 (mPaP) ,磷脂酶A2 (PLA2 ) ,血栓素B2 (TXB2 ) ,前列腺素E2 (PGE2 )变化 ,以及Tet对缺氧情况下离体肺动脉环舒张作用。结果 :Tet能明显抑制急性缺氧引起的mPaP升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,肺动脉舒张反应明显增强 (P <0 .0 5) ,血和组织中PLA2活力下降 ,PGE2 和TXB2 也较急性缺氧组和对照组显著降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :Tet明显抑制急性缺氧性肺动脉压的升高 ,其作用可能与其抑制PLA2 的活性及相关前列腺素含量改变有关。
To study the effects of Tetrandfine on PLA 2 during the formation of the acute hypoxic pulmonary arterial hypentension.32 Sprgue-Dawley rats were divided into three groups randomly:control group;hypoxic group and the group pretreated with Tet(200mg/kg iv)before experiment plus hypoxia.We observed the changes of contents of TXB 2 PGE 2 and PLA 2,in bloods or lung tissues and the difference of vasodilative effects of isolated aorta and pulmonary artery rings.The results demonstrated that the contents of TXB 2,PGE 2 and the PLA 2 activity in blood and lung tissuse were decreased significantly in the group pretreatment with Tet and that the vasodilative effects of pulmonary artery were stronger than that of aorta.It was concluded that the mechanism of Tet for lowering pulmonary artery pressure might be related to inhibit the production of PLA 2,PGE 2,TXB 2,in lung tissue.
